Jafurah gas plant expansion utilities sulfur and export facility

The Jafurah Gas Plant Expansion, developed by Saudi Aramco, encompasses utilities, sulfur, and export facilities as part of a major initiative to boost natural gas production and support Saudi Arabia’s energy diversification goals. The project includes gas processing trains, sulfur recovery units, flare systems, and export infrastructure designed to handle substantial volumes of gas and associated products.

Our scope covered 3D modeling and preparation of fabrication and erection drawings for multiple platforms and tanks, with over 25,000 manhours dedicated to meeting project requirements. We delivered accurate, constructible, and fully compliant designs contributing to this milestone development.
