Vinyl Program Offsites And Utilities

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is expanding its Dahej Manufacturing Division (DMD) in Gujarat under the Reliance Vinyl Program, establishing new integrated facilities for the production of Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC). These developments will add a combined production capacity of 1.5 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of PVC and CPVC across the Dahej and Nagothane sites.

Our scope included 3D modeling and preparation of fabrication and erection drawings for multiple platforms and tanks, covering over 6,000 metric tons of structural steel. We delivered accurate, constructible, and fully compliant designs that contributed to the successful realization of this major industrial expansion.
